Basics are never overrated! These, from Forever 21, are great new additions to transition you from summer to fall… and all under $20 each. Owning some myself, I know that they are super soft and great staples to go with white shorts for a few more weeks or jeans and riding boots for fall.

I always struggle finding shorts in the summer. I desire the perfect fit to flatter my figure that are mid-length, loose, yet tailored. I have picked up some pieces including some oversized t’s that are the softest material ever and some grey skinny jeans (that I got on sale for $3!!!).

My new fav obsession is statement necklaces with a pop of unexpected color. This one is dundundunda… only $8.80. I was hoping to post it earlier, as I saw it on Forever21.com months ago, but it sold out faster than I could type! My suggestion is to snag it before it’s gone…

A great dress for work or spice it up for an event! I am loving asymmetrical looks, and this one has it on the sleeve and the waist.

I like the nude pumps (another trend I’m obsessed with), but you could throw in a splash of color for a summer glow!
